The ITV commentators, pundits and presenters for Jordan’s World Cup 2026 clash with Algeria have been revealed.

World Cup debutants Jordan fell to defeat against Austria in their first-ever game at the tournament, but Ali Olwan’s equaliser at least gave them something to cheer before they went on to lose 3-1.

Meanwhile, Algeria were on the receiving end of a Lionel Messi masterclass as the Argentina superstar scored a hat-trick in a 3-0 victory, which means both teams will be desperate to claim their first points in Group J in San Francisco.

You can watch Jordan vs Algeria live on ITV where coverage will be presented by Semra Hunter, who is a familiar face to fans of Spanish football having formerly been an anchor on Real Madrid TV.

The California native will be joined in the studio by Karen Carney and Jobi McAnuff.

Former England star Carney has become a regular pundit on ITV in recent years, after an impressive playing career which saw her win more than 100 international caps and help the Lionesses finish third at the 2015 World Cup.

McAnuff spent most of his playing days in the EFL, where his notable achievements included captaining Reading to the Championship title in 2012.

The former Jamaica international, who won 32 caps for his country, has since become a respected voice across the BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, particularly for his EFL coverage.

Commentary will be provided by Joe Speight and Lucy Ward, who teamed up for Belgium’s 0-0 draw with Iran in Group G on Sunday night.

Away from the World Cup, Speight provides commentary for a host of broadcasters, including Premier League Productions and NBC.

Former Leeds United striker Ward has also become a familiar voice across several outlets and was named TV/Radio Pundit of the Year at the 2025 Football Supporters’ Association Awards.
