'Armed killer' at large near England's World Cup base after four separate shootings
An alleged shooter is on the run from police after an attack in the area of the England World Cup training base.

US police are on the trail of a shooter in Kansas City following four separate attacks – with one having happened only a 15-minute drive away from England's training base at Swope Soccer Village. Oscar Sanchez-Munoz, 22, is being hunted after one person was shot dead and four more were injured in a shooting spree. There was said to be a stand-off at a house in Independence, with the property going up in flames. After the fire was extinguished, Sanchez-Munoz was found not to be inside, and police are continuing their search.
