Star forward Christian Pulisic continued individual training sessions on Tuesday as he battles a calf injury, casting uncertainty over his availability for the US men's national team's crucial World Cup clash against Australia on Friday.

A team spokesman described Pulisic as "day to day" after his second straight day of individual workouts at the US training base in Orange County.
