It's the most special World Cup hotel room in all of Dallas - and English couples have been queuing up to stay in it ahead of the tournament. JR Ewing’s bedroom is at Southfork Ranch where Dallas - one of the most successful TV series in history - was filmed. Guests have to splash out 1,978 dollars (£1,475) a night - the figure chosen to commemorate the actual year the programme was first screened - to stay in the room close to the stadium hosting England’s first World Cup match. Three Lions supporters have already been visiting the museum in their droves.
