He has previously claimed responsibility for a knee problem which affected Ronaldo during the 2014 World Cup.
Despite Portugal beating Ghana in their group stage in Brazil, and the former Real Madrid player scoring, Ronaldo’s side also had an early exit due to an inferior goal difference.
Ahead of that tournament, Ronaldo had been hampered by injury problems in the final weeks of the season and missed the final 12 games.
However, he still appeared in every fixture during the group stage.
During an interview with the Daily Star, the spiritualist said: “I am working on Harry Kane. I have shown what I am capable of before, so I know what work I must do to stop him.
“I am very famous for my predictions. I am not wishing him serious injury. It will be just enough to stop him against my country.
“I will do my work so that it can help Ghana.”
In 2014, he said: “I know what Cristiano Ronaldo‘s injury is about, I’m working on him. I am very serious about it.
“I said it four months ago that I will work on Cristiano Ronaldo seriously and rule him out of the World Cup or at least prevent him from playing against Ghana and the best thing I can do is to keep him out through injury.
“This injury can never be cured by any medic, they can never see what is causing the injury because it is spiritual.

On Tuesday, Thomas Tuchel can secure his side’s position in the round of 32 and will be focused on maintaining his squad’s fitness.
Kane was spotted leaving Texas after the 4-2 victory against Croatia with a strap on his leg as he appeared to hold his calf at the end of the match.
However, he has appeared in training as usual, without looking like there are any issues ahead of Tuesday night’s match.
England team news
There are a series of injury concerns regarding other stars, including Arsenal‘s Bukayo Saka, who did not make it into England’s starting XI against Croatia.
Another Gunner who is a worry for Tuchel is Declan Rice, who came off after 72 minutes. Similarly, goalscorer Marcus Rashford is also being monitored ahead of the Ghana clash.
Tuchel is being extremely careful with Saka, and he trusts Madueke to fill inHowever, Rice cleared up any injury concerns for himself: “Yes, I’m ready, I’m fit and raring to go.
“I think it was a smart decision (to take me off). I was feeling a little bit of neural pain in my hamstring which I was managing after Christmas with Arsenal for a very long time.
“Obviously, not a lot of people would have known, it was all behind the scenes stuff.”
