England’s kit against Croatia is set to have a special patch on the sleeve to commemorate the Three Lions’ 1966 World Cup win. Thomas Tuchel ’s side open up their 2026 campaign against their European rivals on Wednesday evening in Dallas. American sportswear giants Nike released England’s kits for the tournament back in March. But FIFA have confirmed that there will be some slight differences during their tournament opener. It has been revealed that any past winners of the World Cup will have a special gold sleeve patch during their matches to commemorate their past successes.
